Using the Label

 
This guide is for organisations that are licensed to use the Environmental Choice New Zealand label. It provides specifications for the reproduction of the Environmental Choice label.

This label is protected by copyright and may only be used by organisations holding a current Environmental Choice New Zealand certification licence.

The Environmental Choice label shall only be used in association with and relating to products listed in the Schedule to Licence Certificate and shall not be used in a manner that could be taken as referring to anything other than the certified product.

The label may be applied directly to the surface of a licensed product by means such as moulding, engraving, embossing or printing.

The label may also appear in advertising, promotional material or other literature only in reference to the product that is certified.
